To promote affordable housing, the City of Paramount
will be offering a single-family home located at 16320 Hunsaker Avenue for sale to a qualified buyer. The property will be fully renovated and expanded to provide additional living space and a fresh look. Paramount residents will receive priority consideration as purchasers. Applicants must fall Household Size/ below the following income eligibility Tamaño del Hogar limits based on household size: 1 In addition to the above-mentioned income requirements, applicants must be creditworthy, not have excessive debt, and have at least $14,650 available for a down payment.

8 Interested persons must complete and submit a Preliminary Application between Monday, February 9, 2015 and Friday, February 20, 2015. You can get this application, and must submit it, at the Community Development Department office at City Hall, 16400 Colorado Avenue, Paramount. Please note that City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 16.
