Social media captures a lot of our attention Understand how this can impact our mental health and well-being by joining this workshop. The workshop will discuss how social media can shape our lives offline in positive and negative ways. We'll discuss everything from the impact of social media on our thought processes and behaviors all the way to our mood and self esteem. In this workshop, you'll also learn tools to help you support your wellbeing and build healthy habits online.
