North Little Rock City Officials Swearing In Ceremony—January 3, 2023 City Hall was filled to capacity during the annual Swearing In Ceremony for our returning and newly elected officials. We want to thank everyone who attended. We also want to say a special “thank you” to our elected officials for all they do for the residents and visitors to our city.
