Ballroom Dancing Event - Rental by Richardson Ballroom Dancing North Little Rock Senior Citizen Outreach, Inc served up over 100 meals for our wonderful members!

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Water Aerobics: Move comfortably in the water while improving mobility, balance, and endurance with exercises designed to support total-body health
PACE: This low-impact, 1 hour group program is designed to reduce joint pain, improve flexibility, and increase strength Suitable for all fitness levels!
Tai Chi: Enhance strength, stability, and peace of mind with this low-impact class focused on mindful movement and breath.
Step Aerobics: A lively step class designed to improve cardiovascular health, balance, and overall fitness set to motivating music.
Walking Healthy- Build confidence in your ability to be physically active and increase your endurance for walking - we focus on the components of walking!
Yoga: Build strength and mobility while reducing stress through guided poses and relaxing breath work!
Body Groove- Let’s move and groove to a dance inspired fitness workout - this class is for all fitness levels!
Zumba: A fun, dance-inspired workout set to upbeat music that boosts cardio endurance and total-body fitness.
Henry Hawk- Let’s get strong together! This class will help you gain muscle endurance and strength!
Advanced Physical Therapy- This is a workshop class that will focus on different joints and joint health!
Ageless Grace-Stay sharp and active with this playful, easy-to-follow class designed to support brain health and joint mobility
Everyday Mindfulness- Come learn simple techniques that you can use in your daily life to improve your well-being.
Everyday Resilience - Practice being present in the moment and learn how that can help build resilience
