BUILDING MENTAL WELLNESS THROUGH PREVENTION Fri | May 1 | 1:00pm – 4:00pm | GW Teen Lifeline joins us for an open forum to learn more about supporting each other and building knowledge to empower families to deal with difficult situations. Ages 14+. CALM DOWN JARS Mon | May 11 | 3:30pm – 4:30pm | RM Create a calming, swirly, glittery jar to help relax your mind. Ages 6+. Supplies are limited. COLOR AND CHILL Wed | May 13, 20 | 3:30pm – 4:30pm | GW Take a break and relax your mind with coloring! Supplies and calming music provided, you bring the artistic skills. Ages 8-18.

CROCHET AWAY Sat | May 9 | 10:00am – 12:00pm | GW Join us at the Gateway Library with your yarn project and connect across generations through a shared love of fiber arts. DESERT WATERCOLORS WITH PINK PUDDLE STUDIO ☑ Sat | May 30 | 11:00am – 12:00pm | DR Learn how to paint a desert scene complete with cactus characters! Ages 8-12. EAST VALLEY NEW HORIZONS SENIOR ORCHESTRA Mon | May 18 | 10:30am – 12:00pm | MN Join the New Horizon Orchestra at our spring celebration, just in time for Memorial Day. Put a spring in your step and honor our Veterans who have given their all.

NUTRITION FOR THE FAMILY ☑ Thursdays | 10:00am – 11:00am | RM A Nationally Certified Nutrition course offered through the University of Arizona that comes with weekly recipes and kitchenware giveaways! Particpants will receive a certificate upon completion. Ages 18+. REFORMED PILATES Sat | May 2 | 9:00am – 10:00am | GW Start your day with movement and energy at the library! Join the Reformed Pilates studio for a 50-minute Mat Pilates class designed to strengthen your body, enhance flexibility, and sharpen your balance. Bring your own yoga mat. SOUND BATH ☑ Mon | May 4 | 6:00pm – 7:00pm | GW HealthRhythms facilitator, SusyJeanne Manning will lead a one hour session where you will be guided musically into your own quiet therapeutic time of personal relaxation, meditation and reflection. Ages 18+.
