WRITER IN RESIDENCE Through July 18 | Main Library Aspiring writers can sharpen their craft through our Writer in Residence program. Author Oscar Mancinas will offer one-on-one consultations and workshops for emerging and experienced writers. SUMMER READING IS HERE! Read books, enjoy events, and earn prizes all summer long! Join our 2026 Summer Reading Program. It’s easy to participate, and all ages can join in on the fun. Read at least 20 minutes every day this summer (June 1 – July 20) and keep track of your minutes to get prizes along the way, at the 250, 500 and 750 point mark. Finish the program with 1000 points and you’ll get a free book and be entered in a drawing for a Nintendo Switch and other prizes!
