Mental Health Awareness Month has been observed in May in the United States since 1949 to bring awareness to the importance of mental health. Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Here are some mental health resources that can be helpful. If you need help finding more, just ask us.

Then learn advanced Excel topics like pivot tables, how to use multiple spreadsheets, absolute references, vlookup, and other techniques. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.

BIKE TO BOOKS DESIGN CONTEST Mesa Public Library and the City of Mesa Bicycle and Pedestrian Program invite kids to design bike lane art for Mesa’s streets! Contest entries will be collected May 1 - July 31.
It’s easy to participate and the adventures are endless. Read at least 20 minutes every day this summer (Jun 1 - Aug 1) and keep track of your minutes with a printed or online tracker until you reach 1,000 points. All ages are invited to participate!
