The expansion of Monterey Park (northeast of Power and Guadalupe) is underway and will include baseball and softball fields, pickleball courts, ramadas, and...an express library! The Mesa Express Library at Monterey Park will feature new technology to allow for various self-service options. It is scheduled to open in fall 2023.
