Created by the National Council on Aging, the Aging Mastery Program (AMP) offers a comprehensive and fun approach to living that celebrates the gift of longevity. The 10 week program uses goal -setting, daily practices, professional speakers, peer support, and incentives to help you create your own personal playbook for aging well. Core Curriculum: • Navigating Longer Lives: The Basics of Aging Mastery • Exercise and You • Sleep • Healthy Eating and Hydration • Financial Fitness • Advance Planning • Healthy Relationships • Medication Management • Falls Prevention • Community Engagement Register by March 15, 2024. Free for adults 60 and over. $75 fee for adults under 60. The Aging Mastery Program is funded in part by an award to the Mid-America Regional Council through Patient Protection and Public Health Fund grant no. 90CSSG0043-01-00 by the US Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living.
