2024-27 STRATEGIC PLAN Introduction
The 2024-27 Strategic Plan outlines priorities and goals, influences the City’s budgeting process and guides the implementation of the City’s full range of services. True North Performance Group, LLC (TNPG) led the City of High Point’s FY 2024-2027 strategic planning process. As part of this, the consultant conducted individual interviews with the Mayor and City Council members to understand their priorities and group dynamics in preparation for the two-day retreat, which took place on Nov. 21-22, 2024. TNPG led the retreat, which provided discussion, analysis and affirmation of the City’s vision, mission, core values and strategic goals.
