It’s a family balancing act! The Balance Gym Class just hit another milestone. David and Mary Muir have been attending the sessions for a few months and recently it became a family affair with three of their daughters Michelle, Jackie and Karen also joining the class. What a great way to meet your fitness goals without cutting down on family time! By the way they did mention after class they were going for coffee and cake.
