CPR/AED

Sudden cardiac arrest is often a survivable event, but usually only with bystander intervention prior to EMS arrival. Carrollton Fire Rescue (CFR) wants to see everyone trained in CPR/AED. Under their tutelage, it takes a few hours to get trained to help save a life when every second counts.

The City of Carrollton encourages local businesses to schedule onsite training courses with CFR to establish what could be a safer environment should a cardiac episode occur in the workplace. For more information or to schedule a workplace training, call 972466-4901.

LOCATION: Classes will be held on the second floor of the Carrollton Fire Administration (CFA) at the Gravely Center. It is a two-story building at the clock tower located at 1111 W. Belt Line Road #100. Enter the building through the glass double doors between the main CFA entry and Frost Bank. Take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor.

FREE>> CPR/AED TRAINING
