Register in Advance to Attend Events Sing-alongs Held the second Monday of the month at 10:30AM, join pianist Ardy Vos as she hands out seasonal song sheets and plays popular/lively tunes for participants to sing along to. Jubilee Dan Fish with the North Country Jamboree are leading this country music event featuring local, accomplished artists, on Thursday, March 16 from 1-2:30PM. Register to play and/or attend and get ready for a foot-stomping good time! Suggested donation $2. Monthly Birthday Parties Held the last Wednesday of each month featuring live entertainment by local artists at 11AM. Enjoy a delicious noon meal of beef pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, a dinner roll and dessert for just $5 for those age 60+. Bingo begins at 1PM with prizes donated by local sponsors. Upcoming entertainers include 2 Believe - March, Tom Paquin - April, Monroe Wright - May, Vinnie Rose - June, Blue Wolf - July. Musical Variety Show Performers are needed for this show to be held on Thursday, April 20 from 1-3PM. Singers and musicians should call the MAYC by April 13 to sign up to perform in the show. This is a fun, non-competitive musical show. Suggested donation $1 at the door.

Senior Safety and Wellness Fair Address Service Requested

Thursday, May 4, 8:30am-3pm, $12-$14 Many dynamic speakers will present on a variety of topics that address safety and wellness. This event is held at the SBM Fire Station #3 in Blaine. The day starts with a vendor fair that will give participants the opportunity to talk to and collect information from a variety of local vendors who serve adults 55+. Get your blood pressure taken and check out the other screenings available. City officials will welcome you and give updates about happenings in the City. Refreshments will be served throughout the day along with a delicious luncheon. Door prizes will be drawn at the end of the event. This is a full day packed with information, resources, and fun. Registration opens March 1 and is available in person at MAYC or at SBMFire.org. Registration is limited so sign-up early!
