Hearst Center for the Arts is part of the Department of Municipal Operations & Programs, City of Cedar Falls.

The Hearst Center’s 2016 classroom renovations were made possible in part by grants from the Black Hawk County Gaming Association, the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, and the Iowa Arts Council, with additional funds from Thursday Painters and donors to the 2015 and 2016 Annual Campaigns.
