You may call our front desk at 319.273.8641 or visit the Hearst Center to register in person during our operating hours. To register online you must visit the Hearst Center to set up an account; then you can manage all your registrations online.

To Register In Person:

• No fee is charged if a course is cancelled by the Hearst Center due to low enrollment. • No fee is charged if a participant transfers to another class when the request is made at least seven days before the class begins. • A 50% refund is issued for cancellations made between one and six days before the course begins. • Students do not receive a refund if they cancel or change on the day the course starts or after it begins.

Saturday & Sunday:
The Hearst Center welcomes field trips and tours! Trips and tours can be customized to include art activities, time in the galleries, and time in the sculpture garden (weather permitting). To set up a field trip or tour, contact the Hearst Center Education Coordinator at olivia.randolph@cedarfalls.com or 319.268.5504. Prices vary and are dependent on types of activities and number of participants.

Unless otherwise indicated, minimum enrollment for children’s classes is three and the minimum enrollment for adults’ classes is five. Registration for a program is accepted until the day that program begins if the program is not cancelled

Programming a Course at the Hearst
Don’t wait! We encourage you to register yourself and your family early to ensure a reservation in classes and workshops. Programs not meeting the minimum requirement one week before the start date are subject to cancellation and registered participants are notified of the cancellation.
Tuesday & Thursday:

Student artwork can be picked up for a full four weeks following the last day of class. Artwork left at the Hearst Center more than four weeks after the class ends will be recycled.
