Bob thinks of The Children’s Theatre as a for the company more than 20 years ago. As an anchor for Local 12, he enjoys his role to make people smile both on TV and social media. Bob’s TCT credits include: Disney’s Peter Pan JR. (Captain Hook), Disney’s Beauty and the Beast JR. (Gaston), Disney’s Aladdin JR. (Genie), Roald Dahl’s Willy Wonka JR. Kim is a native Cincinnatian and graduate of the Cincinnati Country Day School (’87) and Vanderbilt University (’91). Kim joined (TCT) in 2013 and has 29 years of experience in non-profit executive leadership. Under Kim’s leadership, TCT’s staff and budget have doubled and, TCT completed renovation of their facility on Red Bank Road with eight, state-of-the-art studio spaces for their academy in addition to offices, a costume shop, MainStage rehearsal space, and a small theater. Kim now leads the $51.5M project to “reimagine” the Emery Theater as TCT’s new MainStage home. In 2015 Kim received a “Women of Influence” award, was a finalist in the “C-Suite Awards” in 2021, was inducted into the Cincinnati Country Day School Arts Hall of Fame in 2023, and was a Sachs Fund Prize recipient in 2024, an award that honors individuals who have made a major impact on our region through the arts.

A Tony-recognized Arts Educator, Roderick is a nationally renowned and award-winning director, choreographer, costume designer, playwright, actor, and Broadway producer (How to Dance in Ohio). Celebrating 20 incredible years with The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati this season, he is known for being a mentor to hundreds of young performers in addition to producing theatre-for-youth for over two decades. In 2020, Roderick was recognized as one of Cincinnati’s 40 Under Forty. In 2021, he was named BroadwayWorld.com’s Arts Educator of the Decade, and in 2024, he was an Honorable Mention for the Excellence in Theatre Education Award, presented by Carnegie Mellon at the Tony Awards. Since assuming the role of Artistic Director in 2015, he has launched over 30 world-premiere original works and adaptations of theatre for young audiences. The Emery marks his second capital campaign/facility growth with TCT, the first being the company’s headquarters and Academy studios on Red Bank Road. Roderick also serves as guest artist with many local and national arts organizations and universities. He is also involved with several community initiatives and non-profit boards. Close to his heart is his participation in Cincinnati’s “Men Wear Pink Campaign”, where for the past 7 years, he has helped to raise over a million dollars for the American Cancer Society. www.roderickjustice.com
Associate Artistic Director
Maddie holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from Northern Kentucky University’s School of the Arts and a Master’s in Arts Administration from the University of Kentucky. She has been a part of The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati for over 20 years, serving as a director, choreographer, and performer. In 2020, Broadway World Cincinnati named her Dancer of the Decade. Maddie is an award-winning choreographer with Revere Dance Studio, where her work has earned numerous national championship titles in Tap and Musical Theatre. She also leads the Musical Theatre program at The School for Creative and Performing Arts. Above all, Maddie loves spending time with her husband, James, and their beautiful daughter, Sayler.
Scenic Designer
Tyler is the Producing Director of Theatre at The Carnegie, dubbed “Favorite Local Theatre” by the BroadwayWorld Cincinnati Awards. Tyler has worked as a designer for theatres in New York City and Los Angeles and over a dozen venues in Kentucky and Ohio, including 20 shows at The Carnegie. He was selected to participate in the Emerging Leadership Institute of the Association of Performing Arts Professionals and in 2023 he won the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce’s Next Generation Leader Award in Arts, Entertainment, and Hospitality. Recently, Tyler was featured in Movers & Makers’ Notables in Performing Arts and Queer Kentucky’s 25 Faces of Fairness. He has a BFA in Drama from NYU/Tisch and a and their dog Popsicle.
Costume Designer
Noelle’s background is in textiles and fabric art & design (B.F.A. Fibers, College of Mount St.
costumes for the Cincinnati Ballet as the Wardrobe Supervisor for the last several seasons. She has also designed for The Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati, ArtWorks, Madcap Puppets, Cedar Fair’s Kings Island, LF Creative Group, and The National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. Noelle is a member of The Cincinnati
Lighting Designer
Benjamin is an artist who specializes in storytelling through design. As a lighting, scenery, projection, and installation designer, he enjoys creating innovative work that challenges traditional boundaries and mediums. His work encompasses ballet, modern dance, scripted and devised theater, musical theater, opera, events, and immersive installations. This is Benjamin’s 11th season with Children’s Theatre and he is also a Resident Designer at Cleveland Public Theatre and Sacramento Ballet. Additionally, his work has recently been seen at the Zach Theatre in Austin, Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, Cincinnati Ballet, Nashville Ballet, and Ballet Hawaii. Benjamin was raised in Berea, Ohio, and studied theatrical design at the University of Cincinnati. He has since relocated through Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky to Peaberry.

Daniel Massey is a Sound Designer and Audio Engineer who is currently attending CCM as a Graduate student in the Sound program. Daniel was based in New York before coming to CCM. Some of his select off-Broadway credits are: Arden of Faversham, All The Devils Are Here, Public Obscenities, Night of the Iguana, The Seven Year Disappear, and All of Me
Daniel is also the Assistant Director of AV at the Santa Fe Opera. He is excited to be working with The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati!
Production Stage Manager
Jadi is excited for his fourth season with The Children’s Theatre of Cincinnati. He has previous Stage Management experience for the Henry Mancini Academy, the Lincoln Park Performing Arts Center, Busch Gardens Entertainment, Kings Island Entertainment, and the Hamilton City School District. He was also a Theatrical Project Manager for Vincent Lighting Systems, and a Lighting Director for Riverfront Live, the Madison Theater, the Fitton Center for the Creative Arts, and the Greater Hamilton Civic Theatre.

Denise Owens with “Dogs and Denise” was a musical theatre mom (Drama Mama) and show photographer for several decades while her three “boys” (now young men) performed. She is thrilled to be back to musical theatre in a different capacity. Denise is beyond excited to be
