Welcome to Union, Kentucky

Just 17 miles southwest of downtown Cincinnati, Union, Kentucky, offers a peaceful suburban escape with easy access to urban amenities. Union has grown from a quiet Boone County town into the second largest incorporated city in the county, thanks to steady development.

With a population of around 7,500, Union is known for its family-friendly atmosphere and strong community ties. The median age hovers around 38, and the majority of residents are married couples, many with children.

Union is served by the Boone County School District. Its highly rated public schools—Ryle High School, Gray Middle School, and Shirley Mann and New Haven elementary schools— draw families to the area. There are also plenty of private options, from St. Henry High School to Villa Madonna to Heritage Academy.

The Triple Crown neighborhood features beautiful walking trails; Triple Crown Boulevard runs through the middle of the 18 hole golf course. Homes sit on the golf course as well as on wooded lots and along small lakes. The Triple Crown Country Club features a top-rated golf course, plus a clubhouse with dining privileges, a swimming pool, tennis courts, and a driving range. Membership to the country club is not included or required with the purchase of a home or condo. There is a home owners association and it differs depending on which community you reside in.
