Between August 2013 and May 2014 CIM undertook an extensive strategic outreach exercise aimed at identifying and responding to the changing needs of our members, our industry and society at large. We wanted to give members and other stakeholders an opportunity to provide feedback about fundamental CIM activities and initiatives as well as suggestions about new arenas in which we should be active.
