Monday, August 5, 1 – 2 PM Join experienced sound healing practitioner Nicole Elliott, a Yoga Alliance certified meditation guide and Crosby Wellness Center yoga instructor, for a relaxing guided meditation and sound healing experience. Crystal Bowl Sound Meditation for Community + Connection Mondays, August 5, 12, & 19, 7 – 8 PM
Join Certified Meditation Instructor Camille Sacco for community + connection, and to learn the basics of meditation and to experience a crystal bowl sound bath.
