What is MOScholars? The Missouri Empowerment Scholarship Accounts Program (MOScholars) provides scholarships to eligible students so they can attend the parochial or private school that best meets their educational needs. Through the Today and Tomorrow Educational Foundation, donors can support scholarships by redirecting a portion of their Missouri state tax liability.
