Founder and CEO

Arash founded Landmark in 1999 with a vision of creating luxury homes. Throughout Landmark’s growth from its small beginnings to the respected property development company it is today, Arash has maintained his focus on attainable home ownership, so more people can achieve the Australian dream.

Now, 25 years later, Landmark has grown into a team of more than 100 experts, delivering over $5 billion worth of projects, including high density apartments across Sydney.

Adam has extensive experience managing residential and mixed-use developments across all stages of the development lifecycle — from acquisitions and design through to approvals, construction and project completion. He is an experienced property developer with a demonstrated history of working in the industry.

General Manager

Robert is an experienced leader with 35+ years’ experience in the construction industry. He is skilled in negotiation, budgeting, value engineering, cost management, and business operations management.

Robert is focused on driving a strong culture of teamwork through an open and transparent approach.

With over 25 years in real estate, Mark excels in property acquisition and sales thanks to his forward-thinking approach and genuine passion. He uses his strong negotiation skills and insightful strategies to consistently achieve outstanding results, driven by his enthusiasm and determination to exceed expectations.

Chief Financial Officer

A skillful leader with 25 years in property companies across Australia, Asia and the USA, Cameron specialises in business transformation and large-scale projects. Cameron’s expertise has allowed him to build strong relationships with senior lenders – as he manages over $5 billion in projects, including 3500 apartments, and over $2 billion in raised finance facilities.
