OKC area; our budget was well below the market average - well below! Jayne worked for us like we were looking in Gaillardia; obviously we were not. She helped us find the perfect home for our budget and needs. Her extensive homebuilding background was invaluable as we went through the inspection process. Fast forward 2 years, my job required us to sale our home and move to Boston. We without hesitation chose Jayne to represent us. Again, she was invaluable in guiding us on how to stage our home. Because of her advice, the home had multiple offers in the first 2 days for over asking price! Now to the part of the story where Jayne went above and beyond... We had already moved to Boston, 2 days before closing I checked our security camera and noticed a pool of water in the dining room (we had wood floors)! (I started frantically calling people in my contacts; Dad - no response, Father-in-law - no response, best friend - no response; Jayne - answered on a Saturday evening and was at my house in 10 minutes. Because she knows her way around a house, she immediately took charge and shut off the water at the main! This obviously created circumstances that required more work than usual; again, Jayne worked for us like she was closing a million dollar deal! Ok, if you haven't figured it out yet Jayne is amazing! But wait - there's more! We are moving...again; once you use Jayne, everyone else is...eh! The realtor that helped us buy our house in Boston definitely was no Jayne; she sucked actually. We were really struggling on how to pick a qualified realtor to help us sale our house in Boston. Dun-dun-da-dunnn - in flies Jayne with her super-realtor-cape to save the day! We gave her a call and without hesitation she went step by step on how to interview a realtor, what questions to ask, and by what metrics to measure success. Jayne is such a blessing to us. She genuinely cares about people; in a way that is from the heart. She is a master of her craft. She is our friend! Jayne if you are reading this, from our family to yours, WE LOVE YOU!

We raised our daughters in Edmond, moved to NE Oklahoma to retire. We decided when our grandson was born to move back to Edmond. Jayne Smith really did save the day for us! Sad story with a happy ending.... Before we found Jayne Smith....a family member recommended a personal friend just starting in real estate.... that decision lost us the house we loved! Big mistake to go with someone new to real estate.
JAYNE SMITH TO THE RESCUE!!! Jayne knew immediately what needed to be done to get the offended sellers to take a second look at our offer (they already had a contingency on the house and didn't need to even bother with us). Her suggestion worked and they accepted our offer!! Once the offer was accepted, Jayne took the wheel. We were living out of town, she handled EVERYTHING! She even did a private inspection of the house using her home building experience and gave us a clear picture of all the details, what was important, what was not. I can't stress enough EXPERIENCE is everything...and Jayne Smith is dedicated, very organized, EXTREMELY knowledgeable, and VERY experienced... in not only buying and selling, but home construction. (Just asked her about that! She has a very impressive resume) What agent will make sure you aren't getting stuck with unnecessary fees from your lender...Jayne will! Jayne has excellent people skills as well, helping us navigate all the inspections necessary, looking out for us when she felt something needed to be looked at again. An agent like Jayne is really rare these days. Jayne is truly honest, easy to talk to, has your back, tells you the good and the bad, KEEPS DETAILED RECORDS on your transaction and never misses a deadline. Jayne knows real estate and building homes inside and out. I would never consider using anyone else. Do yourself a big favor, sit down and talk to Jayne before you pick an agent. If you go with her, you can relax and know she's got this! You will not regret it!

After 2-3 years of unsuccessful sale attempts, I heard the Real Estate commercial on the radio as I drove home from work. I thought why not give them a try; it can't hurt. I spoke to someone at their office and it was after 5pm. The man I spoke with told me that they would return my call within 15 minutes. About 7 minutes later the agent called me and we had a chat about what we were looking for. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of the market and with his genuine input on our home. He recommended that Jayne Smith be our Agent, as we're both in the same area. Let me tell you, Jayne is the most kind, genuine, knowledgeable, caring realtor l've ever met (and we've seen our share). When they say they have the Buyers, that is no joke! When we met with our Agent, Jayne Smith, she had a presentation for us that explained how they bring serious buyers into the picture and how they keep your listing fresh and relevant. Our house was on the market for about 22 days before we were in contract with our buyers. Keep in mind that we had our house on the market a few times with other realtors over the preceding 3 years and Jayne Smith was the only person to get the job done for us. Jayne Smith was the best Agent that we could've hoped for. She was attentive, responsible, organized, and she treated the sale of our home as if she was selling her own home. We mattered to her and it was very evident. I would recommend Jayne to anyone who needs to sell their home. She is the best!

My house was IMPOSSIBLE to sell. We had been through three realtors by the time I met Jayne Smith. Not going to lie, this was my last ditch effort. After spending 5 minutes with her I knew she was the one to get my house sold. Jayne is a force to be reckoned with. I have never met a realtor that fights for you like you are family! My house showed ten times more with Kerr team then they ever did with other firms. Jayne's communication was top notch. She always answered calls and texts in a timely manner. Great real estate brokerage. Our agent, Jayne Smith was phenomenal. Upon meeting with her for the first time she told me she could sell our home within 30 days. Jayne sold our home in 4 DAYS on her first viewing! Amazing! To note, we had our home listed with another Realtor for 2 months previously to using Jayne. And had minimal showings and a lot of excuses. When we hired Jayne, her professionalism was amazing. Nice person and very smart. Bottom line: Jayne Smith sold our home in 4 days at top dollar.

Jayne has helped me sell a home and she has also helped me purchase a home for my 70 year-old mother. I couldn't possibly write enough good things about her. Most recently with my mother's purchase, Jayne spent 3 days with her driving her around town and gave her many options to consider. When my mom decided to move to Sapulpa to be closer to family and to sell her house in Oklahoma City, Jayne Smith was recommended to us as she had previously sold my cousin's house. Jayne made the process of selling mom's house so much easier. She got mom's house listed, came to the Estate Sale to answer any questions people might have about the house, was there when left over items went to donation, made many trips with contractors and such to make sure everything was in order. I honestly don't know how I could have gotten this house sold without her. Especially as I was trying to get it done long distance from Sapulpa. Jayne always returned messages, phone calls and had answers for any question I might have any time I asked. I would like to enthusiastically recommend Jayne Smith for the excellent service she has provided to me in selling a home. Our situation was somewhat unusual in that I was an investor in a spec home. My partner and I had several surprises during the process and didn't make the best of decisions when it came to selecting the right price range for the home we built, the right neighborhood, the best floor plan, etc. We made lots of mistakes, including hiring our first realtor who did not generate many showings for us and did not have the impressive reach that Jayne Smith has. After we hired Jayne as our agent, we started seeing showings right away, even during down times over the holidays and over spring break. I cannot stress enough how Jayne's expert advice and experience contributed to helping us sell this house that had been on the market for over a year. She has been a great advisor, and her work ethic is unlike anything | have ever seen in anyone before.
