FACILITIES UPDATE Work Orders: Continuing to complete routine facility work orders. Daily Maintenance: Ongoing cleaning and sanitizing of Town facilities. Town Hall Roof: Continuing the bid process for the Town Hall re-roof project. Aquatics Flooring: Receiving bids for a new epoxy floor at the Aquatics Center. Parking Lot Maintenance: Receiving bids for parking lot sealing at Town Hall/Police Department and the Aquatics Center. HVAC Repairs: Completed air conditioning repairs at the Animal Shelter, Courts, and Senior Center. Lighting Maintenance: Repairing and replacing lights and bulbs at Development Services, the Community Center, Town Hall, and the Senior Center. North Campus Planning: Met with Lyon Engineering to obtain a proposal for surveying the North Campus to support water drainage improvements and future parking lot planning.
