It takes all 122 members of Team Chino Valley to keep our Town running From the employees on the front lines delivering essential public services, maintaining our roads and parks, responding to emergencies, and serving residents each day, to the dedicated professionals working behind the scenes in administration, finance, human resources, information technology, engineering, planning, communications, and other support roles, every employee plays an essential part in delivering the high-quality services our community relies on
We may be a small organization, but we're a mighty one This section celebrates the people behind the work by welcoming new team members and recognizing employee service milestones In this first edition, we're highlighting all employee Years of Service milestones and welcoming every new team member who has joined Team Chino Valley over the past year Going forward, we'll recognize work anniversaries and new hires each month

EMPLOYEE REFERRAL PROGRAM
Know someone who would be a great addition to Team Chino Valley? Through the Town's Employee Referral Program, employees can earn a referral bonus by referring qualified candidates for eligible year-round positions Employees receive a $300 referral bonus for most eligible hires and $750 for Lateral Police Officer hires once the new employee successfully completes six months of service and all program requirements are met
