The college group boasts a collection of well-equipped venues for hire across its nine locations, each with its own unique features and capacities. From modern conference facilities to performance and fitness spaces, you will be sure to find something that suits your needs. We offer flexible room layouts and a variety of catering options, ensuring a memorable experience for you and your guests.

West Sussex

Chichester Campus

Chichester College

Chichester Campus is located in the heart of the city, with great transport links. We also have a large car park with easy access from the A27.

We offer versatile venues and large outdoor areas that can accommodate a variety of events from corporate hire to muti-day festivals .

Chichester College is also home to The Pavilion, a self-contained venue including a fully-licensed bar and beer garden. The bar opens out onto our large grass fields, providing the perfect backdrop for hosting larger events.

Our outdoor spaces have previously been host to Chichester Pride, International Mini and Youth Rugby Series, and multi-day music festivals.

This campus also boasts specialist venues, such as our TV studio, collaborative spaces, dance studios and sports centrehome to our state-of-the-art public gym.

Conference Hall

Max capacity approx. 350

This is our largest indoor venue, which is located at the front of the college, in a self-contained area separate from student spaces. It is perfect for a range of events including exhibitions, large workshops, corporate conferences, fairs, and more.

The room features a PA System with microphones, projector/ screen, and optional stage. There is lift access, bathroom facilities close by, and a welcome landing outside.

Cathedral Room

Max capacity approx. 55

This is a light, open room typically used for conferences, board meetings, presentations and training sessions. It can also be used as a breakout room from the Conference Hall just below.

The room features a projector/ screen, en suite bathroom facilities, lift access and a welcome landing.

The Pavilion

The Pavilion Bar and Function Rooms are a self-contained venue featuring a fully licensed bar, in-house music system and an enclosed rear garden area.

The main bar opens out onto our large outdoor space, making this venue perfect for larger events such as parties and festivals.

The Pavilion is in a prime location just a five-minute walk from the town centre, bus and train stations. This is complemented by ample on-site parking.

Pavilion Clubrooms

Max capacity 30-60 people

To the rear of the bar are two clubrooms with a central dividing wall that can also be opened to create a larger space. Clubroom 1 features a wall-mounted TV with AV connections.

TV Studio

Our state-of-the-art TV Studio offers a dynamic production space perfect for filming, broadcasting, media training and digital content projects. Featuring high-quality cameras, studio lighting, green-screen capability and a dedicated production gallery, it provides everything you need to deliver polished, professional results. Ideal for corporate messaging, interviews, creative shoots and more.

STEM Centre

The new STEM Building offers a high-spec, future focused venue for technical training, workshops and professional events. The facility includes engineering and computing suites, science labs, contemporary training and meeting spaces and a modern lecture theatre with welcome area.

Designed with sustainability in mind and equipped with industry standard technology, the STEM Building provides a flexible, professional environment ideal for commercial conferences and events.

Collaboration Room

Our Collaboration Room is a flexible, modern space designed to support group work, training sessions and interactive meetings. Featuring adaptable furniture, integrated AV equipment and plenty of natural light, it can easily be configured to suit workshops, presentations, breakout sessions or team projects. This versatile room offers a comfortable, creative environment ideal for both formal and collaborative activities.

Brinsbury Campus Brinsbury College

Our Brinsbury campus is ideal if you are looking for a professional and unique countryside venue to host your next corporate event.

Located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside, Brinsbury has a variety of spaces available, each with their own features.

There is ample outdoor space for hire, including fields, lawns and car parks. We also have a range of indoor spaces, including conference rooms and collaborative spaces with modern IT facilities.

Conference Suite

Our Conference Suite is located in a self contained building, with its own kitchen area.

The Conference Suite has been purpose built for conferences, meetings and Events.

Its facilities include a wall mounted 60 inch TV screen and air conditioning, Our North Heath Room is also just next door which is ideal for use as a breakout room.

Collaborative Room

Our modern Collaborative Room is designed for hybrid meetings and dynamic presentations.

Featuring state-of-the-art AV facilities, it is a great space for strategy meetings and fosters collaboration.

North Heath

The North Heath Room is a self-contained suite,offering delegates the perfect environment for a smaller meeting.

The room has plenty of natural daylight and overlooks Brinsbury’s beautiful grounds. The room has built-in AV equipment, including a ceiling mounted projector and wall mounted screen.

Haywards Heath Campus Haywards Heath College

Haywards Heath College is a modern and vibrant campus with contemporary facilities, including a theatre, dance studios and sports hall.

We also have various classrooms available for hire and a café which opens onto our outdoor green space.

Five-minutes’ walk from Haywards Heath train station with a direct line to London and Brighton, this venue is a great choice for easy public transport access.

The HUB Theatre

Our contemporary professional working theatre has tiered seating, which can also be removed to create a large open space. It also hosts a fully-equipped tech room and box office area.

Collaborative Room

Specifically designed as space to inspire collaboration, this room features flexible setup options to suit your unique event. With advanced AV technology and seamless connectivity for hybrid working, this is the perfect space for bringing your team together, both online and in person.

Studios

Rehearsal Pods 1 (50m²) and 2 (45m²)

Our rehearsal pods are two versatile studio spaces separated by a partition wall, which can be opened to create a larger space.

Large Dance Studio 1 (141m²)

This is a modern and spacious room including sprung floor, full-length mirrors and wall-mounted ballet barres.

Small Dance Studio (46m²)

Our smaller dance studio has specialist flooring suitable for tap dancing as well as portable full-length mirrors.

Sports Hall

576m²

This is a modern multi-sports hall, available for a range of activities with its own separate entrance and changing rooms opposite. This space can also be transformed with removable flooring to accommodate larger events such as trade shows.

Next door to the Sports Hall we also have a fully equipped strength and conditioning room for hire, great for one-toone personal training sessions.

Crawley College Crawley Campus

Crawley Campus is designed for professional training, corporate meetings and commercial events. With excellent transport links and flexible hire options, it provides an accessible and efficient setting for business-focused bookings.

The campus is home to the Sussex & Surrey Institute of Technology — a flagship, industry-led facility offering advanced digital and technical spaces ideal for specialist training and events.

A state-of-the-art Immersive Suite further enhances the campus offering, delivering high-impact presentations, simulations and interactive sessions through large-format immersive screens and digital technology.

Sussex & Surrey Institute of Technology

East Campus

Brighton MET College

Situated at the edge of the Brighton countryside,close to the Marina, our East Campus has a range of classrooms and IT suites for hire.

Whether you need space for training, company meetings or presentations, we can accommodate your needs.

Visitor parking is available on site.

Brighton MET College Pelham Campus

Situated in the North Laines, Pelham is just five minutes walk from Brighton Station. It boasts an outdoor plaza that can be hired for events,fairs or markets, Podcast and TV Studio, IT suites, and a corporate boardroom.

Podcast Studio

Our fully equipped studios offer a professional environment for audio recording.

The spaces feature high-quality microphones, soundproofing and recording equipment, ideal for podcasts, interviews, voiceovers and digital media projects.

Technical support can be arranged to help ensure highquality production and a smooth recording experience.

Boardrooom

The boardroom is perfect for corporate team events and training courses.

Situated on a staff-only floor, this room offers a professional environment, featuring a wall-mounted screen and speakers, ideal for formal meetings.

TV Studio

Our fully equipped studios offer a professional environment for content creation.

The spaces feature high-quality microphones, soundproofing and recording equipment, ideal for podcasts, interviews, voiceovers and digital media projects.

Technical support can be arranged to help ensure high-quality production and a smooth recording experience.

Igloo Projector System

The Igloo Projector System is a triple projector system that displays in a 180 degree immersive space, using a curved back wall and a semicircular floor as display surfaces.

Featuring high quality speakers, the Igloo can display anything that a usual desktop PC would and more. For example, it can display Images, Video, 360 Video, Panoramic views, Games, Film, and VR view.

Shoreham Airport Campus Northbrook College

Located at Brighton City Airport, our Shoreham Campus is home to our large hangar and contemporary electric vehicle workshops with hightech diagnostic equipment.

We also have classroom spaces available for hire, making Shoreham a great training and meeting venue for the aviation and motor vehicle industry.

Classrooms

Our classrooms at Shoreham Campus provide a modern, well-equipped environment suitable for training sessions, workshops and meetings. Each room includes flexible furniture layouts, presentation facilities and access to campus amenities.

Located within the unique setting of Brighton City Airport, these spaces offer a practical and professional venue for aviation, engineering and business-focused events.

West Durrington Campus Northbrook College

West Durrington Campus has some of the best college music studios in the country. All are available to hire including state-of-the-art recording studios, live room suites, professionally equipped DJ rooms and rehearsal spaces, all boasting industry standard equipment.

We are also home to a purpose built 160 seat theatre, dance studios and a variety of classrooms.

The Campus is a five-minute walk from Goring-by-Sea station and has ample on-site parking.

Music Studios

Our studios are an incredible suite of spaces, specially designed by The Studio People. The facilities include 17 hi-spec studios, 5 acoustically balanced live rooms, 3 Mac suites and a DJ room.

Northbrook Theatre

Max capacity 200

From innovative drama and dance to exciting musicals and rock concerts, our theatre seats 160 with tiered seating and up to 300 in concert mode.

The purpose-built theatre is extensively resourced with up-to-date technical equipment, including sound system, moving lights and multimedia projection.

Additionally, there is a licensed bar which can be opened for evening performances.

Collaborative Room

Specifically designed as space to inspire collaboration, this room features flexible setup options to suit your unique event.

Worthing Campus Worthing College

Located just off the A24 and A27, Worthing College is easily accessible by car and has ample on-site parking.

Worthing college offers a range of spaces from our large Exhibition hall to our four-court multi-use games area.

We have spacious classrooms suitable for training sessions, outdoor rugby pitches and large cafe areas perfect for informal meetings.

Exhibition Hall

Our large exhibition hall has seating capacity for up to 250 people, a freestanding screen, and various seating options, including theatre or classroom style.

A microphone and PA system are also available upon request.

Hard Courts

Our hard courts can accommodate a range of sports including netball and tennis, and all four courts are fully floodlit. We also have rugby pitches available for hire.

Collaboration Space

Designed to encourage creativity and collaboration, this space provides an ideal setting for workshops and training sessions. With flexible layouts and modern AV technology, it’s a versatile option for your event.
