Welcome to Sefa Prime Apartments! We're so happy to have you here. It's always such a pleasure to welcome travelers like yourself to stay here.
My Name is Farida Sood and I'm your host. I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you at Sefa Prime Apartment whether its your first time here in Arusha or in our apartments your very much welcome. You have chosen the right place.
I have prepare for you a "WELCOME BOOK" which has everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in our house, including instructions on how to use the appliances (and one of the most essential Wi-Fi codes). Toward the end of the manual, you'll find every detailed contact information you need during your stay including the things to do while in Arusha.

Location
The apartment is located near Mringa Secondary School, bordered by the East Africa Bypass road with Petro Africa Petrol Station being the closest. Our street name is Olorien. Please search for Sefa Prime Apartments on Google Maps and enter your location for easy directions. Google Maps will provide you with directions from your location to our place.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS
We have a spacious parking area at the property, which you will immediately spot when you arrive. Please feel free to park here for the duration of your stay.

Our Single Apartment has a maximum capacity of 2 guests, while our Double Apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests Should you require additional occupants in either apartment, please be advised that an extra guest fee will be applied.
NOTE: Kindly consult with the host or receptionist prior to inviting extra guests.

Kindly ensure to double-check your personal belongings before departing. Please switch off all lights, appliances, electronics, and securely close the windows. Upon leaving, we would appreciate if you could leave the keys at the reception.

NOTE: Kindly note if your plans change and you would like late check-out, we may be able to accommodate this at an extra cost of “half price of a daily rate” .

Houserules
No smoking allowed inside the room.
No loud music , parties or events allowed.
No pets allowed.
No unregistered guests allowed in the premises without prior notice.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. 5.
Please turn off lights and all electronics when you go out. 6.
Please respect check-in and checkout times. 7.
Please leave the keys with the housekeepers whenever you exit premises. Lost of keys will incur a REPLACEMENT FEE.
Please take care of the furnishings. Incase of damage please report immediately. 9.
Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
Don't use foil paper on microwave

NOTE: Any damage caused to the house or furnishings will require a repair/replacement charge, which will be determined by the handyman. The guest will COVER ALL THE COST for the repair/replacement and handyman labour charge.

Emmanuel or Saidi (our taxi drivers) can easily bring food or order from any of the restaurants at AIM Mall/ IMAGE RESTAURANT(check recommended restaurants). Make sure to give yourself at least two hours for delivery.
Piki : is an app with different variety of foods from different restaurants depending on location and you can order directly they do delivery.(Download it from Google play store)
NOTE: make sure to check the distance, estimated time of delivery and delivery fee.
