NATURE In tune with NATURAL

SPECTACLE

Sea thrift a native perennial of England, is at its peak during June, when it can be seen covering coastlines in a hazy pink wash of colour. Also known as cliff clover, it flowers from spring into autumn, but it is in late spring and early summer that it truly comes into its own. To enjoy the natural beauty of this charming little flower, which in its masses provides a colourful contrast to blue skies and shifting seas, take a leisurely walk along one of England’s many coastal paths. Sea thrift is equally at home in a garden – it is a popular choice for adding to a rockery to give a cloud of pink blooms and echoes of England’s coastline. 
