For more than 40 years, The Priority Center has been a lifeline for families when hope feels out of reach. When children face violence, caregivers feel overwhelmed, and crisis threatens stability. The Priority Center offers safety, healing, and a path forward. Behind every number is a family that found safety, stability, and renewed hope.
Today, 96% of those we serve come from low-income households, many struggling to meet basic needs. Economic pressure, social isolation, and mental health challenges continue to place families at risk across Orange County.

Through 5 life-changing programs, at no cost to families, The Priority Center supports families to break cycles of trauma and abuse by equipping families with the tools, resources, and support they need to rebuild their lives. Our programs ensure children grow up in safe, violence-free homes, breaking the generational cycle of trauma. Last year alone, our team walked alongside 2,600 families, offering dignity, belief, and the promise of a better tomorrow.
