Oldfield provides an exceptional golfing experience for both property owners and non-property owners, offering a range of memberships tailored to diverse preferences, including options for young executives and corporate affiliations. The Equity Golf Membership is an optional membership that has an additional $10,000 initiation fee. The Equity Golf Membership is a 3-year commitment and includes members, spouses, and children under the age of 23 who live at home or are enrolled in school full-time. At the end of the 3 years, you can continue on an annual renewal with a 120-day resignation clause without paying another initiation fee.
Tee off on the 18-hole Greg Norman signature golf course, meticulously crafted to challenge and inspire golfers of all levels. With six sets of tees, two sets of combo tees, and two sets of US Kids family tees, the course is not just breathtaking but also exceptionally playable.

Golf Membership Contribution – $10,000 one-time
Those owning a home in the Rice Mill Cottages or River Cottages are responsible for paying the neighborhood assessment in addition to the Club dues and OCA base assessment.
A one-time $41,500 initiation fee that shall be paid at closing. If the purchase is of undeveloped property, the Membership Contribution is $31,500 upon taking the title of the property with the balance of $10,000 due six months following approval of the final home plans by Oldfield’s Architectural Review Committee. The total membership contribution of $41,500 is due within three years of taking title to the property whether developed or undeveloped. The Membership Contribution is nonrefundable.
A Member who does not own or rent a home within a 50-mileradius of the Club Facilities for more than three months out of any 12-month period, or otherwise reside within a 50-mile radius of the Club Facilities for more than three months out of any 12-month period,shall be eligible to elect Nonresident dues status; however, no Member shall be eligible for Non-resident dues status for more than three years from the date of issuance of the Member’s Membership.
A one-time initiation fee of $18,500 that shall be paid by the purchaser at closing. The Initiation Fee is nonrefundable. If under contract on or before December 31, the Initiation Fee will be $16,000.
