FULL-TIME CAREER ADVISOR

Your commitment to this career is demonstrated by excellence in the field, continual practice growth, and advancing skills and knowledge.

While success as an advisor is a pre-requisite to pursue a leadership journey, it’s also a journey in and of itself. Our in-house resources fully support advisors who choose to focus exclusively on building an exceptional personal practice.

MANAGING ASSOCIATE

Lead and grow a small group of advisors, without the responsibilities of a director.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Foster firm growth through either leadership of a designated advisor team, or recruiting to a unit of individual advisors. (Managing directors are not responsible for personal production.)

Full-Time Financial Professional

Goal

Cultivate a successful financial advisory practice with access to a first-in-class in-house support system

Responsibilities

• Life and health

• Series 6 or 7, 66- within first six months

• Registered Investment Advisor

Managing Associate

Goal

Entry-level role for established financial advisors who are looking to expand their practice with the opportunity to recruit + develop a small team of financial advisors.

Responsibilities

• Weekly coaching with financial advisors

• Weekly check-in with Managing Director

• Attend all required firm training

• Maintain Leaders-level production

• Recruit three new financial advisors per year

Benefits

• Monthly stipend

• Commission overrides on personally recruited advisors’ production

Managing Director or Team Leader

Goal

To manage a Charter Oak branch office (Managing Di rector) or an Elite Advisor team. (Team Leader)
