Entry-level role for established financial advisors who are looking to expand their practice with the opportunity to recruit + develop a small team of financial advisors.

• Weekly coaching with financial advisors
• Weekly check-in with Managing Director
• Attend all required firm training
• Maintain Leaders-level production
• Recruit three new financial advisors per year
Benefits
• Monthly stipend
• Commission overrides on personally recruited advisors’ production
