Dear Andrew,

I am excited to apply for the Graphic Designer / Sales position for the new co-branded Signarama and Fully Promoted store in Noosa. With over twenty years experience as a Graphic Designer and most recently as the Senior Graphic Designer and primary client contact for a local Noosa print and signage company, I bring a strong combination of design expertise, production knowledge, and confident front-of-house customer service.

In my most recent role, I managed projects from initial client consultation through to final production, building strong relationships while delivering practical and creative signage solutions. My hands-on experience included a wide range of print and signage applications such as vehicle graphics and full wraps, digital print signs, cut vinyl signage, banners, lettering, illuminated signage, as well as business cards and flyers. This background gave me a solid understanding of both design aesthetics and real-world production requirements, allowing me to create work that was visually strong while also efficient to manufacture.

While my focus has been on design and client service rather than quoting, I have worked closely within print industry job-tracking systems (shopvox) and production workflows, and I am confident learning new software and processes quickly. I genuinely enjoy working with clients face-to-face - understanding their vision, offering guidance, and creating a welcoming and professional experience from the moment they walk through the door.

I have a reputation for a professional and proactive approach, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service..
