CHAMPION HOMES WORKPLACE VISITOR POLICY FOR WORKPLACE TOURS Scope of Policy This Policy establishes rules and guidelines for allowing Visitors to enter and tour our Workplace Premises. "Workplace Premises" include all Champion Homes locations and facilities, such as our building, offices, plant, parking lot, or retail locations, and any off-site developments and seminars, construction sites, and tours sponsored by Champion Homes. Application of Policy This Policy applies to all Visitors. "Visitors" include personal visitors such as friends and family members, and business visitors such as contractors, customers, vendors, suppliers, professional colleagues, and other guests. General Visitation Policy As a general rule, Visitors are only allowed on Workplace Premises with the written authorization of the location General Manager, Regional Vice President, or Company Executive. Supervision of Visitors Employee hosts are responsible for escorting and supervising any Visitors in their care for the duration of their visit. This includes: • Preventing the Visitor from straying into dangerous or restricted areas. • Safely evacuating the Visitor in case of an emergency. Company Policies Visitors may be required to sign a visitor agreement before entering the Workplace Premises. By entering the Workplace Premises, visitors agree to comply with applicable Company policies while on Workplace Premises, including our: • Safety and security requirements. Employee hosts are responsible for communicating all applicable safety and security requirements to their Visitors and monitoring Visitors' activities while on Workplace Premises. Visitors are expected to stay within their designated areas and follow all safety instructions and security signs and postings during their visit.
