PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Road to Rewards Dealer Incentive Program is designed to recognize and reward valued partners for their business with Skyline Homes. Incentive details will be published in the monthly newsletter and apply to the applicable fiscal business quarter.
INCENTIVE PERIOD
SkylineHomesoperatesonafiscalyearbeginningApril1.Quartersaredefinedasfollows:
Q1: April – June
Q2: July – September
Q3: October – December
Q4: January – March
Onlyqualifyinghomesorderedduringthespecifiedquaterwillbeeligibleforpoints
ELIGIBILITY
This Program is open to approved Skyline Homes retail and community partners in good standing A minimum of 1 point is required to qualify for eligibility
POINT STRUCTURE
Points are awarded based on qualifying home orders placed during the Quarter:
Multi-Section Homes: 2 Points
Single-Section Homes: 1 Point
Park Model Homes: 1 5 Points Points apply only to Ready-to-Build homes and cannot be applied retroactively to previously submitted or existing orders. Points will be credited based on the assigned Zone Manager territory at the time the order is placed
WINNER DETERMINATION
The Quarterly Winner(s) will be determined based on total points earned during the Quarter The number of winners and qualification structure will be defined in each quarterly announcement In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined based on highest total revenue value All results are subject to verification and final approval by Skyline Homes
REWARDS & REDEMPTION
Winners will select one reward from The Road to Rewards Catalog, limited to Premium Experiences and Team Experiences. Rewards are subject to availability. Skyline reserves the right to substitute a comparable reward of equal value if a selected reward becomes unavailable. Rewards must be selected and redeemed within 30 days of winner notification. Rewards are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

REWARD EXPERIENCE
Rewards are designed to strengthen partnership and will include Skyline personnel. Participation will typically include the Account Zone Manager, additional Skyline representative(s), and the Quarterly Winner(s).

HOSPITALITY
For rewards that are not food-focused, reasonable hospitality (such as meals or accommodations, where appropriate) may be included at Skyline’s discretion.
DISCOUNT-BASED REWARDS
If a selected reward includes a discount, the discount will be applied to the next qualifying home order following reward selection
ADJUSTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Orders that are canceled, modified, or deemed non-qualified may result in adjusted point totals and could impact final standings.
PROGRAM CHANGES
Skyline Homes reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time based on business needs
FINAL AUTHORITY
All decisions regarding eligibility, point calculations, reward availability, and winner determination are final and at the sole discretion of Skyline Homes.
