Second Inspection: The builder must conduct a more thorough inspection of the home after the boxes have been placed in their intended locations. 2. Utilize Checklist: This inspection should specifically focus on the listed items on the check list provided (Builder’s Site Check List). Timely Submission: The Builder’s Site Check List and Service Request forms should be submitted within the two-week timeframe following the home's set date.
