HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simple really; by buying a range of heating and plumbing products through our nationwide branch network, you will generate purchase points on familiar brand names. The products with points attached to them are listed in this brochure.

Your purchases and points are tracked automatically if you are a credit or Trade Extra cash account holder. To apply for a trade extra cash account, please contact your local branch for details.

During the offer period, we can, on your request, convert your points into a One4All voucher.

HOW TO CLAIM YOUR ONE4ALL VOUCHER?

Once you have reached a voucher threshold you can claim a reward of your choice based on your current points tally.

• A reward claim form must be filled out at your local branch. Please ask a member of staff for the claim form.

• Rewards can be collected at your local branch. Please allow 14 days to receive your reward.

• There are no restrictions on the amount of rewards that can be claimed over the offer period.

TRADE EXTRA REWARDS SCHEME TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Trade Extra Rewards Scheme (hereinafter called “The Rewards Scheme”) is a customer reward scheme under which all existing Chadwicks Group Ltd. T/A , Plumb Centre (hereinafter called “The Company”) holding a current credit or Trade cash account are entitled to receive and collect points in respect of all orders and/or purchases from any branch of the Company (hereinafter called “The Customer Branch”) of plumbing and heating. The use of an account and/or any points accrued is subject to these terms and conditions, and the application or its use by a customer to redeem the points accrued constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions.

2. To be eligible to avail of the Rewards Scheme, each applicant/customer must (hereinafter the “entry requirements”):

• Be over 18 years of age,

• Be resident in the Republic of Ireland,

• Be a current credit account or Trade cash account customer of the Company.

3. The Company reserves the right to alter or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time or to introduce supplementary or additional terms and conditions in relation to the Rewards Scheme or any aspect of it.

4. In order to redeem points, customers must collect sufficient points for the reward selected, complete an application form and present it to the customer branch for processing. The application form must be signed by the applicant/customer or a duly authorised representative of the applicant/ customer and counter-signed by a branch manager of the Company as soon as practicable following submission of the completed application form to the customer branch before being forwarded to the Head Office of the Company at Chadwicks Group Ltd for processing. The Company will issue the Reward selected by the applicant/custmer to the customer branch for collection by the applicant/ customer.

5. In order to redeem points, a sufficent number of points must have been accumulated to cover the full requirements to redeem individual Rewards. The points threshold begins at 100, which grants a ¤50 voucher. Each additional 100 points earned after this will generate another ¤50 voucher.

6. The points accumulated to each particular and/or Reward account is non transferrable and the and/or Reward account may only be used by the original Reward account holder.

7. The Rewards which are claimed upon redemption of points are subject to Chadwicks Group Ltd terms and conditions, which terms and conditions may be amended or altered at any time without notice.

8. The Company has the right at its sole discretion to determine from time to time which products

qualify for Points and the number of Points that will be credited for such purchases. The Company will specify the applicable products and the number of points for each applicable product in a separate brochure produced by or on behalf of the Company. The brochure will specify the points required to redeem each individual Reward. The Company does not accept any responsibility or liability for any errors, exclusions or omissions contained in any promotional brochure or material produced and circulated by or on behalf of the Company.

9. The Company shall, from time to time, at its own discretion, within reasonable means, amend and revise the number of Points required for each individual Rewards without prior notice to applicant/customer.

10. Upon the applicant/customer making a redemption request at the Customer Branch, the relevant number of Points will be deducted automatically and immediately from the applicant/customer account. The balance of Points on the applicant/ customer account will continue to be valid and may be used to redeem further Rewards, subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

11. All rewards supplied through the Rewards Scheme are subject to availability and are issued jointly by Chadwicks Group Ltd and its preferred supplier.

12. The term of the Rewards scheme will run from the 1st October 2025 up to and including the 31st day of March 2026. Points can be collected and recorded during the term of the Rewards scheme. Rewards must be claimed and points redeemed within ten working days from the expiration of the Rewards Scheme, failing which they shall automatically expire without notice to the customer.

13. Any staff member of the Company, their immediate families and their agents and any other person connected with the Rewards scheme are not entitled to participate.

14. Each Reward issued must be collected by the applicant/customer personally or by a duly authorised representative of the applicant/ customer directly from Chadwicks Group Ltd , or any other subsidiary of Chadwicks Group Ltd. to which the completed and signed application form was submitted by or on behalf of the applicant/ customer.

15. The Companys decision is final and binding on all applicants/customers. No correspondence will be entered into.

16. The Company reserves the right at any time without prior notice to amend, withdraw or terminate the, the Rewards Scheme or alter the Rewards offered.

17. No cash alternatives are available.

18. The Company reserves the right to deny entry to the Rewards Scheme or the issue of rewards to applicants/customers who hold or held accounts that are in arrears or accounts with any subsidiary of Chadwicks Group Ltd, which is in arrears or in dispute.

19. These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties submit themselves to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.

20. The Company’s address for the services of notices shall be Chadwicks Group Ltd, c/o Grafton Group plc, The Hive, Carmanhall Road, Sandyford Business Park, Dublin 18, D18 Y2C9, Ireland

21. The Company will not be prejudiced or restricted by any indulgence or forbearance extended to an applicant/customer. No waiver by the Company in respect of a breach of these terms and conditions shall operate as a waiver in respect of any subsequent breach of these terms and conditions.

22. Personal details that you provide to the Company or that the Company obtains through your use of the and/or the Reward Account will be held by the Company in confidence and in compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements relating to the obtaining, retention, processing and use (including use for marketing purposes) of personal data. No personal information will be divulged to anyone or any organisation except Chadwicks Group Ltd and third parties who process information on our behalf in relation to the Rewards scheme. The Company may use your personal details for the following purposes: To help manage the Rewards scheme and improve the way the Company runs it; to contact applicants/ customers if we need to communicate with them regarding any aspect of the operation of the Rewards scheme including contacting applicants/ customers by telephone to arrange for the collection of Rewards from the Customer Branch; to help us understand our customers’ shopping habits and preferences; to contact our customers in order to perform market research where consented to has been given.

23. The Company may also use or share aggregated data, meaning information relating to groups of applicants/customers, without it being able to identify individuals, to enhance our understanding of customer behaviour and enable us to improve our service in general.

24. You have the right to request a copy of the information held by the Company about you, to have changed any inaccuracies in the details the Company holds about you, the right to object to the use of your data and the right to block any specific uses of your data, by means of a request in writing to: Chadwicks Group Ltd, c/o Grafton Group plc, Heron House, Corrig Road, Sandyford Industrial Estate, Dublin 18.
