Our recent Overcoming Silos session highlighted the power of embedding related services directly into daily instruction, ensuring every student can truly access, participate, and thrive By prioritizing integrated co-serving and aligning MLSS with UDL frameworks, we are moving toward a more consistent, system-wide approach to inclusive education A special thanks to our facilitators Dawn Merth-Johnson (DPI), Michelle Silverman (DPI), and Katie Tennessen (CESA 7) and to the dedicated educators working together to turn these collaborative strategies into a daily reality for our learners

FOSTERING COLLABORATIVE PRACTICES
CESA 7’s partnership with the Elkhart Lake-Glenbeulah School District has centered on building strong, sustainable systems that support student success and foster collaborative practices. Through leadership coaching and collaborative planning, district leaders worked alongside CESA 7 consultants to strengthen structures such as assessment practices and multi-level systems of support (MLSS). This work has provided clarity, consistency, and direction across the district’s buildings.
