Staff Showcase MEET THIS WEEK’S VALUED TEAM MEMBER Karen Kleiber has been with CESA 7 for nearly five years, beginning her career as the Executive Assistant and Office Manager, where she supported organizational operations and leadership initiatives for over three years. Currently in her second year as a Youth Apprenticeship School-Based Coach, supporting West De Pere High School and Notre Dame de la Baie Academy, Karen works directly with students to help them explore career pathways and gain meaningful work experience. She takes great pride in building partnerships with local employers and creating opportunities that connect education with the workforce. Her passion for supporting student success and fostering community collaboration continues to guide her work every day. Megan Dorner, School Counselor at West De Pere High School shared, “Our counseling team truly values having Karen in the building to help us coordinate apprenticeship opportunities, and students genuinely enjoy meeting with her. With Karen's support, we've seen students who once struggled to find their place in school thrive in their apprenticeship experiences. She works tirelessly to build relationships with students, prepare them for job interviews, assist with resumes, check in on their progress at work, and ensure they are staying on track with their school responsibilities as well. Interest in YA continues to grow, largely because of Karen and the positive impact she has on students. She is such a vital part of our student services team!”
