The partnership between the Kiel School District and CESA 7 reflects a comprehensive approach to supporting educators, leaders, and students. Over the past 2 years, CESA 7, in partnership with Proactive Special Education Consultants (PSEC), have provided professional learning and coaching to support Kiel's goal of providing high-quality teaching and learning through the development of Co-plan to Co-serve to Co-learn (C3) team structures to improve academic and behavioral outcomes.
In addition, CESA 7 has supported district leadership through ongoing coaching of their district and school leadership teams to strengthen and support implementation of these high-leverage practices. This includes support for ensuring efforts are aligned with district priorities. Together, Kiel and CESA 7 have built a strong partnership focused on capacitybuilding and collaboration leading to long-term success for each and every student.
