1.All images captured by Cerys Mai Photography remain the intellectual property of the photographer and are protected under UK copyright law.
2.Web-size images purchased are licensed for personal use only, such as sharing on social media platforms, websites, or online portfolios. These files are optimised for web display and do not include rights for printing, advertising, resale, or any commercial reproduction.
3.If you intend to use any images for print materials, advertising, promotional content, or marketing, you must purchase the corresponding high-resolution commercial-use files These images include the appropriate licence for business and promotional use.
4.Images, whether web-size or high-resolution, must not be resold, redistributed, or used to generate profit beyond the scope of the original licence.
5.The use of web-size images for print, resale, or commercial purposes without the correct licence constitutes a breach of copyright and may result in legal action.
6.By purchasing from Cerys Mai Photography, you agree to respect all copyright and usage terms. These conditions are designed to protect both your brand and the integrity of the creative work.
Booking & Deposit
Terms and COnditions
To secure your booking, a 80% deposit must be made within 48 hours of booking; otherwise, the booking will be cancelled. A consent form must also be completed to secure your booking Cancellation & Rescheduling
If cancellation occurs, the appointment can be rescheduled for a later date provided at least 7 days’ notice is given Deposits will be transferred to the rescheduled session
Responsibility During Sessions
For all photography sessions including animal, wedding, family and event, agricultural, and commercial photography the owner or client is responsible for the behavior and actions of themselves, their animals, or any participants To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cerys-Mai Photography will not be responsible for any injury to people, animals, or third parties during the photography session or event.
Waiver of Liability
The client expressly releases Cerys-Mai Photography from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents occurring during the photo session This waiver includes any claims that may arise from negligence
Payment & Delivery
Images will not be delivered until all fees have been paid in full.
Digital Media Storage
The client is responsible for the digital storage of all purchased digital media It is strongly advised to back up files on both a computer and a cloud storage system Digital media can fail, and Cerys-Mai Photography is not liable for any lost files
Use of Photos – Client
Clients will only have full use of photos once the fee has been paid in full. The client shall not use the images for profit. The client shall not use the images for commercial purposes unless the fee has been payed Nor shall the client provide the images to any third party who may use them for profit This includes, but is not limited to, contest entries, sales to stock photography agencies, or any form of resale

Use of Images by Photographer
All photos and videos may be featured by Cerys-Mai Photography on social media, press, and future print literature. The photographer does not accept any liability if a captured image is uploaded online without the client’s permission
Scope of Services
Cerys-Mai Photography provides professional photography services including, but not limited to:
Design and marketing
Wedding photography
Family and event photography
Agricultural photography
Extra Charges & Additional Services
Additional services such as extra mockups, revisions, retouching beyond the agreed package, or custom design and marketing materials may incur extra charges
Clients requesting additional mockups, design concepts, or marketing material are responsible for any fees incurred. Any requests for additional services must be agreed in writing, and fees will be outlined before work begins
If a client requests expedited delivery or rush services, additional fees may apply
Travel outside of the agreed session location, special equipment rentals, or other unforeseen costs may also incur extra charges
Vouchers
All vouchers must be redeemed before the expiry date noted. Vouchers unused past this date are void and no refunds will be issued.

I founded Cerys Mai Photography in 2024, and I’m proud to be based in the heart of West Wales My aim is simple: to combine professionalism with a personal touch, creating work that feels both meaningful and memorable.
CMP specialises in livestock and agricultural photography, working with farmers, breeders, and organisations to showcase the very best of Welsh livestock and rural life.
From professional stood shots and herd photography for catalogues and sales, to capturing the energy of agricultural shows and events, my goal is to deliver striking, high-quality imagery that supports and celebrates the agricultural industry.
Alongside photography, I also provide design and marketing services tailored to the farming sector. From catalogues, brochures, and sale cards to event signage and promotional materials, I help present livestock and businesses with clarity, professionalism, and impact. With years of experience in livestock handling and showing, I understand both the preparation and pride behind every animal and my work is dedicated to reflecting that at its very best.
the Face behind the business
I’m Cerys, the photographer and designer behind Cerys Mai Photography I’m based in West Wales and grew up on a small farm, where I now help run our dairy, beef, and sheep enterprise. Alongside farm life, I’m currently a university student studying Veterinary Biological Sciences and Livestock Production, combining academic knowledge with hands-on experience.
Alongside studying, I’m also heavily involved with my other business, Dyfroedd Livestock, where I breed pedigree and commercial livestock and travel around the country working in show and sale preparation Whether I’m in the ring or preparing livestock for a sale, it’s all about getting every detail right and making sure the animals stand out something that’s also at the heart of my photography work
Growing up on the farm, I developed a real appreciation for livestock and rural life. That’s what led me to combine my passion for farming with my love for photography. Cerys Mai Photography started out as a way to capture the beauty of the animals I work with and the farming lifestyle I’m so proud of.
