Meet the experts Dr. Niles graduated from the University of Minnesota with a D.V.M. He practiced in Casco, Wis., and also worked as a Monsanto Technical Service veterinarian in Visalia, California. From 2001 to 2019, he was the co-owner and manager of Dairy Dreams, LLC, a 3,000-cow dairy in northeast Wisconsin. Dr. Wells, a veterinary epidemiologist and board certified in the American College of Veterinary Preventive Medicine,

earned his D.V.M. from Michigan State University and his PhD at the University of Minnesota.
