In January of this year, Center for the Arts Evergreen entered a new era of art in the mountain community by welcoming Sculpture Evergreen to the CAE family. The first weekend in June marks the celebratory culmination of two open artist calls and a collaborative partnership with Loveland’s famed Dream Big Sculpture. From June 1 to July 8, come view Sculpted, our indoor gallery exhibition dedicated to the art of sculpture, with the work of 10 Colorado sculptors filling the gallery. These masters work in metal, stone, bronze, concrete, steel, iron, and wood, and visitors will have the opportunity to experience representational and abstract work – usually reserved for the wide-open spaces – on a gallery-sized scale. This show is the perfect opportunity to add to (or start) your sculpture collection.
