A Morning to Celebrate Babies and the First Relationship This October, Center for Child Counseling invites families to a joyful in-person morning at Opportunity Early Childhood Center. Celebrate Babies is for expectant moms, babies, and young children from birth to five, and for the parents and caregivers who love them. It is a morning to celebrate our youngest children, give families a strong start, and surround new parents with the community that supports them. What the morning holds A keynote from Caley Kukla, M.Ed. on the small, everyday moments that build a child’s resilience and well-being. Resource tables where new and expecting parents connect with local organizations and leave with tools for the best possible start. Time to celebrate and connect with other families, with babies and little ones welcome throughout.

Our Keynote Speaker Caley Kukla, M.Ed. Caley is a parent educator, child development specialist, and Certified PLAY Project Instructor who has spent more than 15 years helping families better understand their children through the lens of neuroscience, attachment, and connection. In 2016, after experiencing firsthand how challenging motherhood could feel even with two degrees in child development, she founded Play With Purpose with a desire to support other parents with the knowledge, tools, and understanding she knew could make a difference. That mission has since grown into the COR Parenting Community, where Caley supports parents in making small, powerful shifts that create calmer homes, deeper connection, and more joyful family life. With a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education from the University of Florida and specialized experience supporting autistic children, Caley brings both professional expertise and the real-life perspective of raising three boys to her work with families.

These tables are curated and limited so the morning stays useful and on theme for families.
