Cast Bios

Colleen Wallnau (Moira) - Colleen was in Ensemble Shakespeare Company’s WIP of “Midsummer Night’s Dream.” Broadway; Crazy for You, Off-Broadway; Joseph Papp Public Theatre (Through Darkest Ohio), SoHo Rep (On the Verge), Peccadillo Theatre (Beggar on Horseback), Mint Theatre (The Flattering Word and Oroonoko) among others. Regional theatre; Paper Mill Playhouse (An Ideal Husband), Asolo Repertory Theatre (The Dark of the Moon, The Winslow Boy, The Dining Room) and Meadowbrook Theatre (A View from the Bridge) and several productions for the Centenary Stage Company. Colleen holds an MFA from the Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University. She is on the faculty at the Neighborhood Playhouse School of the Theatre and is married to actor/director Carl Wallnau. Equity, SAG, and VASTA.

Sara Giacomini (Neesa) is a NY/NJ based actress and teaching artist. She has been seen with Centenary Stage Company in The Ghost Train (Peggy Murdock), as well as a past WPS, where she portrayed Lucrece The Tumbler in Jane, Queen’s Foole. Selected Credits: A Christmas Carol (Understudy/Performed as Old Jo) at the McCarter Theatre Center, The Night of January 16 (Nancy Lee) with Ruth Stage, Dr. Faustus (Robin) at the Secret Theatre, Lungs (W) at The Grange Theatre, and The Little Foxes (Alexandra Giddens) with Hudson Theatre Works. Jasmine Hawkins (DJ) - Jasmine Hawkins is a New York–based actor and creative, excited to be part of Breeders at Centenary Stage Company. Recent acting credits include The Young King (Miles Square Theatre), Looking Glass (Violet Mirage Theatre tour), As You Like It (Amoeba Productions), and Baltimore (Emerson College). Her work also spans directing and production, including Assistant Stage Manager for The Mountaintop at Miles Square Theatre, with additional collaborations at the Apollo Theater and Speakeasy Stages. She holds a BFA in Acting from Emerson College and is passionate about bold, collaborative storytelling.

Sara Parcesepe (Lia) - is a tv, film, and stage actor based in Jersey City, NJ. She can currently be seen on The Equalizer, FBI: Most Wanted and Law & Order: Organized Crime as well as in many independent films and regional theatre. She was nominated for Best Actress at the NYC Strawberry One Act Festival for her work in the new play, Treffpunkt. She also starred in the world premiere of John Patrick Shanley's new play, *Glamour*, at Hudson Theatre Works in Weehawken, NJ, and in David Zellnik's *Letters* at Bridge Street Theatre in Catskill, NY

Perryn Pomatto (Ray) has performed in numerous Off Broadway and Off Broadway shows over the years. He most recently performed in Break a Leg Production's LUV Fest as Bobby in Imaginary Friend. Other notable shows are: The Wizard of Oz (Tin Man), The Winter's Tale (Autolycus), Buzz, Son of a Bee: An Actor's Life For Me (Alex), The Lost Boys, Or An Awfully Big Adventure (JM Barrie), The Three Musketeers (Cardinal Richelieu) and A Christmas Carol (Bob Cratchitt). Perryn is also a director. His productions have appeared in multiple festivals across NYC including 5 with the Chain Theatre. His production of The Future is Female was the highest grossing play in the 2025 Summer Festival. He also teaches playwriting for Axial Theatre/Howard Meyers Acting School. His latest play, The Anniversary, is looking towards a full staged reading with Break A Leg in the fall. www.perrynpomatto.com.

Nick Radu-Blackburn (Jay) - Nick Radu-Blackburn is an Ohio-born actor, writer, and director living in Queens, NY. Nick began his acting education at Kent State University, and after a brief intensive at the New York Film Academy, fell in love with New York City. He received his BA in Theater from Queens College and has been collaborating with other artists in the Tri-State area and beyond ever since. Nick loves to create with other artists, in any capacity. In addition to working on his numerous writing projects, Nick is currently working on his board game, Nekerwin's Revenge, a project that is just as fulfilling as it is challenging. Nick was recently seen onstage at Culture Lab LIC in It CAN Happen Here! and was blessed to direct his full-length play, Princess Pals, which was produced by Speranza Theatre Company. You can find Nick at Speranza teaching acting and playwriting to students and enjoying every minute of it. As always, Nick is thankful for the love and support of his Cutie, Trey.

Diana Cherkas (Taran) Diana is thrilled to be returning to CSC, where she’s previously been seen in Tartuffe, The Surrogate, The Unfortunates, Loose Knit and A Laughing Matter. Other favorite theatre credits include All's Well That Ends Well, Macbeth (Baltimore Shakespeare Festival); Rough Magic (Rorschach Theatre); Musical Comedy Murders of 1940 (Bickford Theatre); Sherlock's Secret Life (Pioneer Playhouse). TV/Film: Tires (Netflix original), The Food That Built America (History), I’d Kill For You (Disney+), Skipping Stones, My Little Demon, Gail’s New Boyfriend.

Production Team Bios

Megan Campisi (Playwright) - writes about women who break rules. Her work is often historical fiction and usually reflects Megan’s background in physical theater. Her latest play, Peregrinations, is a wordless play in Larval Masks exploring journeys of immigration and displacement (Dutch Kills Theater: Edinburgh Fringe, 2026; The Tank, 2025). Breeders (2022), a comic play about childbirth, was a finalist for the Henley Rose prize and had its first reading at the Neighborhood Playhouse Red Door Readings. Her first novel, Sin Eater, was an alt-history mystery about an Elizabethan sin eater and won the Debut Crown from the UK Historical Writers’ Association (Simon & Schuster 2020). Oliver Van Dine (Stage Manager) - Oliver is currently a student at Centenary with a dual major in Film and Technical Theater. His previous film credits include A Relative Comedy (In Production), The Raccoonalope (2024), Cavies: A Documentary (2022). He was most recently seen as Mr.Smee/Mr.Darling (Peter Pan and Wendy) His previous CSC technical credits include: The Wizard of Oz (Sound Board Op.) Nunsense 2: The Second Coming (ASM, Sound Board Op.), Escape to Margartiaville (ASM/Sound Board Op.), Carrie: The Musical (Stage Manager), The Receptionist (ASM/Light Board Op.) A Christmas Carol: The Musical (ASM/Qlab Op.), Soul Samurai (ASM/Sound Design), Grease (Sound Board Operator/Audio Engineer), The Lightning Thief (Sound Board Operator), Romeo and Juliet (Sound Designer).

Matthew Majors (Board Op.) is currently a Sophomore student at Centenary University and Majors in Technical Theatre. Grateful to be part of the Centenary Stage Company (CSC).
