Parks & Recreation Quarterly Guide: Play Connected. In 2024, the City of Celina Parks & Recreation Department proudly introduced its inaugural lineup of recreation programs, marking a significant milestone in community engagement and enrichment. Throughout the year, residents of all ages participated in an exciting variety of offerings, including fitness programs, educational classes such as Introduction to Spanish, and engaging activities like Texas Kenpo Karate, Pumpkin Painting, Pumpkin Carving, Day of the Dead Painting, Thanksgiving Crafts, and the memorable Breakfast and Craft with The Yeti & Gingerbread Man. This successful debut has set the stage for an even more dynamic and diverse array of programs in 2025, as we continue to enhance opportunities for learning, creativity, and connection within our growing community.
