By Ben Adams RISING SUN, MD - After a convincing loss earlier in the week and a sluggish start at home against Tome, Rising Sun brushed aside the adversity and turned a nine-point halftime deficit into a 55-46 win. The Ti-
gers leaned on a game-high 14 points from Tyler Stoudt and a relentless defense to sweep past the Titans for their first win of the season. Both offenses started slow with neither team getting on the scoreboard until 4:32 in the first quarter. Tome and Rising Sun were
