s we begin 2026, let me start by thanking you for your support throughout last year. I hope you were able to make the most of the festive holidays, enjoy some time away from work, and take a well-earned break. 2025 saw us make a lot of progress on many fronts, yet I appreciate this came alongside some frustrations due to our IT challenges. We remain focussed on system stability as an absolute priority and are looking forward to the year ahead with an ambition to be an even better supplier for your business.
With the New Year well underway, we are looking to build on the momentum from our achievements last year and are committed to providing a stable of premium brands. Since our last issue we have introduced Motul Oil, core free Starters & Alternators from Bosch in their HC Cargo brand, and most recently have received stock of Nox Sensors and Transmission Control Units, with Diesel Injectors enroute, from the new Schaeffler brand Vitesco. Our Commercial team are working hard to enhance our offering further throughout the year, so keep an eye out for more good news.
Operationally, we continued to make substantial improvements across the business. Our new conveyor systems are now fully installed in both our Dublin and Cork branches. These investments are already improving pick times, accuracy, and overall warehouse efficiency, helping

us maintain consistent service levels as order volumes continue to grow. We intend to invest further this year in scanner processes, to once again enhance the accuracy of how we serve you.
To support this, we have just taken receipt of eleven new Mercedes Sprinters. This includes an additional four vans to enhance the quantity of delivery routes that we service with our own vehicles, improving customer service whilst reducing the gap between cut off times and orders being received by customers. We are committed to strengthening customer service, so if you feel there is an opportunity for us to improve deliveries to your business, please reach out to your account manager as we are always prepared to invest in improving our service to you.
Alongside these key achievements, I would like to acknowledge the hard work of all colleagues. Our warehouse teams did a superb job to ensure all stock was processed, and available to sell in preparation to maximise availability for the New Year, as we returned after the break. To lead the team in Dublin I am delighted that Chris Hall has been promoted to Branch Manager which will bring benefits both from his considerable experience and from his customer focussed track record. He also joins the CD Executive Team, strengthening the operational presence in our decisionmaking processes.

Training sits as a key topic for the business.
