There were many areas of common understanding which came out of the discussion. All organizations understood that the Advisory Council is the elected leadership of the community and as such, sought to work with the Council rather than mount individual efforts to fight the increase. Each saw this as an for the community to unite behind a common issue and bind the community closer together. All offered the manpower and talents of their organizations in raisfunds for an independent audit and to push the battle for beneficial legisla-
