New Deputy GM Brings Over 20 1,550 Ballots Needed to Conclude Years of Experience to Co-op City 2026 Board Election

With a career spanning more than 20 years in residential property management, Gloria Tejeiro is the newest addition to Riverbay’s Executive Management team. In April 2026, Executive General Manager Marvin L. Walton announced the appointment of Ms. Tejeiro as the Deputy General Manager of Process Operations. “Douglas Elliman Property Management proudly welcomes Gloria to our team,” said GM Walton. “With decades of proven property management expertise, she is uniquely positioned to drive success for Gloria Tejeiro the Riverbay Corporation and bring strong asset value to Co-op City’s leadership team.” Before joining Riverbay, Ms. Tejeiro worked as a senior property manager and managed a broad range of responsibilities, including maintenance, security, vendor relations, and commercial tenant onboarding. Her previous experience also includes management roles where she oversaw day-to-day operations and ensured compliance with local laws. (Continued on page 7)
NY Early Voting Tops 92,000 as June 23rd Primary Election Approaches By ROZAAN BOONE
As the Tuesday, June 23rd New York Primary Elections approach, voters continue to head to the polls in increasing numbers. The New York City Board of Elections reports a cumulative total of 92,347 voter check-ins at the close of polls on Thursday, June 18, 2026, during the first 6 days of early voting. These numbers are unofficial and represent citywide totals. Voter check-ins by individual poll locations have not been released by the Board of Elections. Manhattan continues to lead all five boroughs with 38,413 early voting check-ins, followed by Brooklyn with 26,464; Queens with 17,265, the Bronx with 8,323, and Staten Island with 1,882. Shareholders Urged to Vote Before July 1 Deadline

Only 12 days remain before the July 1, 2026 voting deadline in the Riverbay Board of Directors election and shareholders are urged to return their ballot to ensure the quorum of 5,041 ballots is obtained. This week, the 2026 Election Committee reported that so far, 3,491 ballots have been received by the independent election vendor, YesElections, leaving 1,550 more ballots outstanding to meet the quorum requirement of 5,041 ballots to validate the election. Failure to meet the quorum will result in an extension that will cost shareholders additionally to finalize the election. Shareholders who have not yet voted are strongly encouraged to complete and return their Board election ballot immediately. On the 2026 Board election ballot are the names of the 11 certified candidates: Michelle Marbury, Rod Saunders, Monique Coleman, Andrea Leslie, Idalia Reyes, Yanira D. Jaime, Aaron Carnegie, Lynette Wright, Nero Graham, Darnell Lopez and Keith Logan. Shareholders of record as of April 1, (Continued on page 4)
