Congressman Latimer’s Infrastructure Taskforce Tours Co-op City By DANIELLE CRUZ
On Thursday, June 12, Riverbay Management met with members of Congressman George Latimer’s Infrastructure Task Force and representatives from the congressman’s Bronx and White Plains district offices for a tour of Co-op City. Prior to the tour, the group was given an overview of how Co-op City and Riverbay are structured and provided with informational packets on all the buildings and sections in Co-op City. Members of the Riverbay Board of Directors, Riverbay Management, and representatives from the officers’ union, the Police Benevolent Association (PBA), attended the ceremony, along with the new officers’ family, friends, and colleagues who came out to support and congratulate them.

Early voting for the New York 2026 Primary Election starts today, Saturday, June 13, and will end on Sunday, June 21. The early voting polling site for Coop City shareholders is in the Dreiser Auditorium. Primary Election Day is on Tuesday, June 23, and shareholders can visit https://findmypollsite.vote.nyc to find their polling site. For this year’s Primary Election, shareholders will be casting votes for the New York State Comptroller and the 82nd Assembly District seat. Only voters registered with the democratic party will be voting in this primary. The candidates seeking Democratic nomination for New York State Comptroller are incumbent Thomas P. DiNapoli, Raj Goyle, and Drew Warshaw. In the race for the 82nd Assembly District seat, incumbent Michael Benedetto is running against Jake Kuhl, and Felix Omozusi.
