Thank you for your votes, Shareholders. The very first Ballot arrived in the mail all by itself at the YesElections headquarters on Thursday May 21. Just one ballot. Thank you for your vote, Shareholder! More followed the very next day, as reported by YesElections. By the way: YesElections is an independent third-party election company – and as required by HCR – an independent third-party election company must be hired to run our elections. We’ve contracted this particular company, YesElections, for the job for the past several years. Maybe the mail arrived late to YesElections’ headquarters on May 21st. Maybe the staff said, “Let’s do one today and do the rest tomorrow,” because according to the spreadsheet I have access to, 375 ballots arrived in the next day’s mail on May 22. Great start!! But then nothing for five more days. For companies in the business of ballot-counting, the mail arrives by the bagful, like fan mail, and it doesn’t necessarily arrive daily. You can’t hurry USPS. You just gotta wait.

2,507 Riverbay Board Election Ballots Have Been Received Quorum Requires 5,041 Ballots

Riverbay shareholders are reminded that participation in the 2026 Riverbay Board of Directors election remains critically important as the voting period continues until Wednesday, July 1. This week, YesElections, the corporation’s independent election vendor, reported to the 2026 Election Committee that 2,507 ballots, or roughly 50%, have been received from shareholders. To reach the required quorum of 5,041 ballots and validate the election, an additional 2,534 ballots must be received by the vendor before the close of voting on July 1. The quorum requirement ensures adequate shareholder participation in the election process. If the required 5,041 ballots are not obtained by July 1, the Board election cannot be certified and the voting period will have to be extended. An extension results in additional expenses to the corporation which are ultimately borne by shareholders. Those who have not yet voted are encouraged to complete and return their Board election ballot as soon as possible. Voting early helps ensure that the quorum requirement is achieved and allows the election process to conclude on schedule. (Continued on page 4)
Early Voting for 2026 Primary Election Begins June 13

Early voting for the New York 2026 Primary Election will start on Saturday, June 13, and end on Sunday, June 21. Primary Election Day is Tuesday, June 23. The early voting polling site for Co-op City shareholders is in the Dreiser Auditorium. The last day to register to vote, update voter registration information, or request a mail or request an absentee ballot online or by mail for the Primary Election is Saturday, June 13. Shareholders can apply for a mail ballot, absentee ballot, or an accessible ballot by visiting the Ballot Request Application portal at RequestBallot. vote.nyc For this year’s Primary Election, shareholders will be casting votes for the New York State Comptroller and the 82nd Assembly District seat. Only voters registered with the Democratic Party will be voting in this primary. The candidates seeking Democratic Nomination for New York State Comptroller are incumbent Thomas P. DiNapoli, Raj Goyle, and Drew Warshaw. In the race for the 82nd Assembly District seat, incumbent Michael Benedetto is running against Jake Kuhl and Felix Omozusi.
